Everyone thinks you're a boy! It must be the little amount of hair you have. Poor baby. Even when you're dressed in all pink, people still say, "handsome boy". Yeeks. Mummy got you some tiny clips for your hair but they don't stay on long coz you have so little and fine hair that it is'nt enough to hold even the tiniest clip. It's ok baby boo, mummy woke up this morning and noticed some baldy spots have filled in a little. So mummy's guessing (and hoping) by your first birthday, you will have baby pig tails and pink ribbons in your hair.
At close to 7 months, you love porridge with anchovies. It's real tasty. You also like chocolate. Your aunty Otta is paving the way to sweet-toothness for you. *shakes head* You started brown rice for breakfast today. Did not take this one too well. I think Kak Mon made it a little too pasty. You need the right mix of porridge and water. Mummy makes porridge the best! He he. Today mummy is going to make some porridge with broccoli. Let's see how well you take this.
Yesterday, we were at Aunty Winnie's house for Tina's 10th birthday. So many little children. You were super excited. It was a warm evening and you were sweating like a piglet so mummy stripped you to your diaper. Fuiyoh the attention you got! Folds of chubbiness. Gigitt! You passed a huge milestone yesterday but mummy missed it. You probably didn't realize what a huge accomplishment it was. Grandma was with you at the time. She put you down on the carpet and you went on all fours. You were up for a few seconds only so mummy didn't get a chance to see you. So sad. It's ok. You will do it again soon and mummy will be there ready with the camera.
Sippy cups. We got a free cup from when we got the Avent Bottle Sterilizer. I read that sippy cups are good transitional objects (from bottles to regular cups). They make interesting toys as well. So mummy is going to give you yours today for a chance to familiarize before actually putting any liquids for you to drink from it. Boy oh boy, how fast you grow! I love you little angel.
